Chris (Cheeto) started playing guitar 8 years ago. Along with being self taught on guitar he has also taught himself to play bass.

Chris' influences come from a wide range of styles including Stone Temple Pilots, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones and Incubus.

For neverwas., Chris applies strong rhythm guitars making the songs stand on their own. He also provides some melodic leads.

Chris uses an Ibanez 6-string electric guitar with analog distortion through his Marshall 80 watt amp.
